The Total Heavy Duty Pistol Grease Gun THT111051 which comes with an 12" hose and coupler, has a cylinder capacity of 17oz., delivers lubricant at pressures up to 10,000 pounds per square inch (psi) at a rate of 1 oz. per 21 strokes, and can load lubricant three ways: 

14 oz. cartridge
Suction
Fast refill from a loader pump
A lever mechanism provides standard volume output. This grease gun has a die cast aluminium head for lightweight durability, and the lower portion of its lever has a vinyl cover to make it easier to grip. A bleeder valve keeps the grease gun from building up excessive pressure in the cylinder. This grease gun injects grease into standard grease fittings and is suitable for applications such as lubricating motor vehicles, construction and industrial equipment, and aeronautics.

10,000 PSI WORKING PRESSURE: Heavy Duty Lever Handle for Ease of Use. Professional, Heavy-duty, casted head, develops up to 10,000 psi  burst pressure. 
3-WAY LOADING: Uses a standard 14 oz. cartridge and bulk suction fill and fast refill from a loader pump. Equipped with a 7 inch Rigid Extension and 12 inch reinforced Flex Hose. Interchange Between Flex Hose & Rigid Extension.
NON-SLIP DESIGN - Non-Slip Knurling for Working Ease also Makes Cartridge Changes Fast, Quick and Easy. Ergonomically designed T-Handle for Sure Grip & Easy Filling, providing a positive draw.
OUTPUT:  Delivers 1 oz. of grease per 21 strokes. Warning: Do not hold whip hose while pumping the grease gun. Replace damaged whip hose with 4500 psi-rated hose only.
